Chateaux Finerty

Just off the main street in Mt. Dora, Florida, live the Finerty's in their chateaux, with what appears to be their chien. It seemed an unusual residence to find in a small Florida town, having more of a European look.

Un chien de garde!!!!! ;-)) Now may I point out that there's something badly wrong here? Châteaux with an 'x' at the end is plural... Do these people own more than one château winery? ;-))

@ Ciel - I didn't know that! Does "finerty" mean winery? There is a winery in town and we have been there and talked with the man who owns it and makes the wine...even bought a bottle; not bad. Maybe he's got another wine-making operation somewhere else?

The Chateaux sign can only be a joke and that's why I like it! :-)

It appears the chien has been sipping some of the vin.

Finerty is no French word! Sounds like an Irish surname to me!

Yes, that does have a very European feel to it. Nice shot.
