Lying in wake

I took this photo some years back in Key West, the rascally town at the end of the road and just 90 watery miles from Cuba. There is a certain tension, I think, between the rather large cruise ship on its way to the 3-mile limit at which point it will open the casinos to help the passengers rid themselves of their cash, and this gentleman lying in wake in his teeny little craft.
