Yes, Ciel...it does look strange. I think it's a small pontoon boat with a cover. And the water is relatively shallow; thus this area is mostly for fishing boats and recreational boats.
@ Brattcat - No...that's the Seabreeze restaurant where we've been eating on occasion for over 20 years.
i trust you will soon be hopping one of these rigs and then float down the canal?
