I like the look of this place. I would buy fishing gear here. In answer to your question, you are right that Scottsdale has changed a lot since you were here. Hopefully for the better.
I also love this place! I've never been there, but this is what I expect to find when visiting Florida and the Keys (I just know Miami's airport - changing planes... Lol!)!
