House for sale


Just down the street from the "house for rent" we posted the day before yesterday, is this house for sale. Looks like it might need a little work, but it is on the water. My guess is that it would cost well over $300,000, but I don't know for sure.

It's all about location.

    I would assume that would be 25,000 for the house and 275,000 for the land.

    Probably be cheaper to tear down and rebuild! You should make a date with the realtor and take pictures of the inside and show us, in leisure time that is. (Just kidding! Though I really would like to see it.)
