Deaf child

"Deaf child" means don't drive fast on this country road, even if you have a big, noisy pickup. The child won't hear you until it's too late.

  2. That's a unique warning sign, Lois Anne. I see an interesting one every now and then and I've thought about starting a web site where people could contribute unusual yellow signs. This one would certainly qualify.

  3. Hmmm, makes sense. But surely there are lots of deaf or blind people around and you don't see signs like these everywhere.
