Chili's Lifeboat?

This boat was tied to the roof of a Chili's restaurant in Weston, Florida. It's cute, but I'm not sure as to the purpose. There's no water around, so it can't be a lifeboat. Your guess is as good as mine.

Atmosphere? When you eat too much Chilis you may need a lifeboat? MB

  3. It's so that you have somewhere to land when you erupt when the chili is too hot.

  5. Very cool and the perspective is so original, we never look at a boat from below. :-)
