One of the joys of living in a place like this is you can step out on your balcony and overlook the Atlantic Ocean. One of the terrors of living in a place like this is that you can step out on your balcony and watch a hurricane approach!
It is quite a beautiful condo, however, and is right on the beach just south of Daytona Beach.

Yes it is. But, as in most condos, on the far left corner, you also have a nice view on your neighbour's balcony! ;-)They are building a new condo just opposite my home right now and I'm completely stressed out: my nice-for-city-standards view is gone...
