If I remember correctly (I should write this stuff down), this beautifully restored frame structure is the oldest frame building in Deland, Florida. It is located on the campus of Stetson University, and is used in some administrative capacity (I can't remember much about that, either)!
Wow! It's a tall-un! The detail is marvelous!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like it could fit nicely on many streets in New England. Gracious old building.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very cool building. It looks like some of the older churches out this way. MB
ReplyDeleteNot only oldest but also very very pretty!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully restored, indeed! I wish you had a before shot, too - I love before & after shots, so interesting!
ReplyDeleteSo how old would this be? It is very nice, love the panelling and all the little details, as well as the framing!
ReplyDeleteVery impressive, this building is beautiful!

@ Ciel - I really don't remember...probably at least 100 years...
ReplyDeletePretty old then, huh?
ReplyDelete@ Ciel - Don't be a smart-aleck! Heh. Heh. I know, I know - you French folks have chickens older than that!
ReplyDeleteThis is really nice! I'm smiling after reading Ciel's and yours comments!:-)
ReplyDeleteIt's a beauty no matter how old it is.
