Old(est?) frame building in Deland, Florida?

If I remember correctly (I should write this stuff down), this beautifully restored frame structure is the oldest frame building in Deland, Florida. It is located on the campus of Stetson University, and is used in some administrative capacity (I can't remember much about that, either)!
