Scary! I visited Antigua and Barbuda a couple of years after the last big hurricaine and this was still a common sight on the islands. Antigua was hit by the 'back' of an hurricaine the day I was supposed to leave, but the airport had to be closed so I remained there for a couple of days more and there were floods everywhere, but nothing else happened.
ACK!
