The name refers to the fact this shop sells a variety of used items; items that have been "born again." The name is a natural, however, because this town is located in the Bible Belt where quite a few people claim to be "born again." It's a religious thing.
Beautiful picture! Well done!
ReplyDeleteIt is a perfect place for me, I think:)
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I can dig the born again/repurposing/recycling thing.
ReplyDeleteGiven a new lease of life I'd say...
ReplyDeleteThe shop owner chose an interesting pun on the traditional area for a name of his business. Much better than "Second Hand"... :)
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

ReplyDeleteSounds like a scary place to live!
ReplyDeletei'd like to stop in there. perhaps i'd have an epiphany.
ReplyDeleteI was about to say the choice of the name was pretty cool for this kind of business but then I realised it has religious connections...
ReplyDeleteThe bible belt is a country all it's own.
