Macaroni Grill is a chain of restaurants featuring Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It's one of our favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, there is no Macaroni Grill in Ocala as yet, so we must travel about 45 miles to the nearest one in Gainesville, Florida.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

This sign, referencing an aeronautical university caught my attention. I'd never heard of Embry-Riddle and knew nothing about it but was immediately suspicious. My suspicions were unfounded. It is a fully-accredited institution with residential campuses in Daytona Beach, Florida and Prescott, Arizona! It also has 170 other campuses of which this is one. The original Embry-Riddle was the forebearer of American Airlines.
