Dock at Old Fenimore Mill Condos

This dock offers condo residents/guests a place to sit and watch the boats come in and out of the channel, a place to tie up a boat, and a place to clean fish.

I would think cleaning fish there would leave enough residue behind that it would smell to high heaven and nobody would want to sit there.

I'm already imagining the end of an afternoon, sitting on the dock in a zen moment:)

What a beautiful dock. Love the way you've photographed it.

Love the colors in this, Jacob. It looks a bit churned up, as if you've had some rain.

The view in the distance is certainly old, old Florida. Its looks so quiet and inviting.

If fish are cleaned on the dock, doesn't it smell in the hot Florida sun after a while. Maybe that's why no one is sitting out on the dock by the bay:)

Good point, Abe and Clueless. Actually, the fish cleaning is done on a covered part of the dock, on the left, out of view. There is a sink, running water, and the fisherman (as we watched) fed the scraps to several awaiting pelicans!

I would like to be sitting there with a good book and my camera.
