The Goblin Market in Mt. Dora, Florida is an enchanting restaurant. It's located on the 2nd floor of what appears to be an old house, so has lots of charming nooks and crannies into which are placed tables and chairs. We enjoyed a meal at this restaurant a few years ago. But on the day this photo was taken, the place was closed, despite what the sign proclaims. We were disappointed but will go back and try again one of these days.

What a lovely, charming looking place, Lowell! It's too bad they were closed when you took this photo. If you do get to go again I would be very interested in hearing what you have to eat. Love this photo.
Very lovely and inviting. Love the name, the painting on the fence and the hanging baskets. Beautiful!
Wishing you a fabulous Wednesday!
"Bon appétit !"

A charming restaurant entrance and very welcome with the colorful balloons!

What a quaint little place tucked away in there. Want to hear what it's like when the sign actually means Open....
Oops, were they too lazy to bring in the sign I wonder or did they have to close in a rush? Lovely place!
I wonder why they were closed. Maybe they saw you and remembered the fuss you made and ran screaming or maybe they eat elsewhere. MB
Love the ambience.
This sure looks like a great place. Old is always charming.

Okay, I must have missed something on my last trip to Mt. Dora....all I saw (and of course photographed) was the tiny gold and black sign advertising this...hmmmm...I wanted to go yesterday because my favorite singer had a 'gig' there...but it was at night...the neighborhood I go through to get me there is not a good one...especially at night. I love the colors in this shot.
