That's the exact driving round the bend photo. I love the way the road dips!
Ah... things couldn't look more different here today. Snow and chaos, ice and public transport strike, a horror story the French way. I think people in this country are masochists.
I definitely would love to spend some time in Cedar Key! As we say here: 'this place is my face'! :-)
Opposite to Ciel, weather is much better here, temperature is 10ºC higher and the sun is shining most of the day. Ok, we had an 6.0 earthquake yesterday, but everything is OK! :-)))
This reminds me of that dear little Florida village of Yankeetown. They have a street right at the Isaak Walton Lodge (BEST food on earth) that looks just like this...don't drink and drive here at night. Right?? That palm has your name on it.

I love the little round-about there. Very rural looking. MB
Beautiful and peaceful!

This looks so inviting. I would love to go walking in this neighborhood. Really good angle, Jacob. You draw us right in.

@ Ciel - Omigod! That really sounds awful! I thought the public transport strike ended. Or, is this a new one?

I've biked up and down that same Cedar Key street many times, but never really "saw it" it until your photo. Thanks for opening my eyes.
