The Tea Plantation is not only a floral boutique, but also an English-style restaurant. We have not eaten there, but we plan to do so in the future. It looks very nice; if a bit pricey.
@ Hilda - You agree with Leif? Nobody agrees with Leif! Heh. Heh. We shall eat there sometime. After I take out a loan from Eagan Farmers and Snowblowers Bank. ;-)
I'm not laughing, I agree. In my opinion, it does depend on HOW the food is prepared though and what kind of ingredients are used. I wouldn't want to pay more than that for a nice yet simple salad. On the other hand, see and taste what some chefs make of salads and I'll be capable of paying double that. On an occasional splurge! ;-)

I think you should treat Lois Anne to lunch at the Tea Plantation! Don't be so cheap - I think she's tired of McDonalds!!
Phew! I'm sooooo relieved to see that you DID post a Sunday blog posting! I'll be able to sleep tonight! Gott sei Dank!
I love the decoration in front of the restaurant. The place looks so chic and welcoming - you should try it - must be lovely!
I think you should go on in and check it out for all of us and have a bite to eat. Do as Leif suggests, oh so gently. LOL MB
Fine place, even if it's my first florist restaurant... or the other way around!
I agree with Leif. Treat yourselves to lunch there, even just once. It looks like a very lovely place. Even their Halloween decoration is so elegant!

Very pretty arrangement. On the other hand, I imagine that florists do pretty things... So: what's pricey? I really have no idea!
@ Ciel - Don't laugh, but I consider a place "pricey" when they charge $20 a plate and up for a "gourmet" slice of meat...
The decorations look quite tasteful so I suspect the food might be too. (Don't try to follow that logic.)
This place looks fabulous, look at those beautiful decorations! It's a neat place!
