I had to look up the meaning of "neuter"... So it basically means to cut off the...? lol Oh, gosh... Whatever folk owns this golf cart seems that he/she wouldn't be too careful while neutering... God bless you! Cezar
@ Hilda - Methinks there is a large population of cats wandering the streets. These folks don't want people to kill them, but rather capture them, have the neutered and then release 'em. That way they can't breed any more of the little rascals.
@ Don & Krise - I think the TNR program is just part of the program these people are promoting...they're also into recycling, etc. You know, getting rid of junk properly. They could probably start with their golf cart! ;-)
I think they should have a team of reindeer hauling this contraption around to really drive home their point. What a monstrosity masquerading as an "issue" on wheels. (I guess there's no law against overselling your organization.)
This is about as bizarre an image as I've ever seen from you, Jacob. I believe in the cause but I don't think I'll be writing a check to this particular group any time soon.

Now that's ashow-stopping vehicle!
I embiggened again. Two times in an hour. Whew!
This is crazy. I'm all for spaying and neutering (animals that is) but what's up with the two dummies and all the other crap...er...stuff?
I am all for spaying and neutering feral cats but this guy is really into making sure everyone knows the problem. My goodness!! MB

Now what has recycling to do with cat population control in Cedar Key?
I'm amazed that golf cart hasn't toppled over…

You do see a lot of cats about in Cedar Key!

Very interesting photo! A lot to think about.
Your word enbiggen made me smile!!!
Don't hurry back until you feel less hurried and harried.
Wow - there's so much upon which to comment in this picture! Where to start!?
@ Safe Leif - Do you mean to say that, for the first time in your life, you're at a loss for words!
Omigod! I did it! I did it!
Took me a while to understand what this is all about, didn't get it until I read the comments, duh. It isn't like cats are an endagered species...

@ Frank - Dear sir, am I to assume that you don't think this "contraption" is very attractive? ;-)
This thing turned my brain into a knot.... are they trying to scare people away from the organization?!
As long as it's only the cats they are trapping, neutering and releasing! Otherwise you better watch out around there Jacob.
@ Lois - I tripped the shutter as I was backing away, ready to run! Just in case!
does this mean that the neutered, er cat parts are recycled?
Oh my! What a mess that looks to be. Would love to have seen the driver of this cart in the photo LOL
