



Carol Wiggins, along with her son, Ron Marks, operates a business called
By the Sea, which consists of beautiful handcrafts featuring nautical themes some of which are shown in the above photos. We were delighted to make their acquaintance at the Seafood Festival of last weekend.
They live in Port Richey, Florida, but love Cedar Key and visit the island frequently, and most importantly, they are great fans of this blog.
