Do blonde's have more fun? This might be a brown pelican but that tuft on top sure looks sun streaked to me.

@ Brattcat - I think this one stopped in at the salon down the street and had a little dye job...

@ Julie - There are a few variations among the Brown Pelicans...this is a nice one, I think. But they are pests in some ways. They'll take fish right out of your hand; or your bait bucket!
