All towns have similar sides. All in all that doesn't look too bad.
I like that you show us the other side, Jacob. Clueless is right, all towns have the side they don't show in the tourist brochure. But it's what gives a place texture and depth.
Every town and city has an underside that is unattractive, but, photogenic nonetheless.
... like every city in the world... But you managed to show this side through a great composition though.

Nowhere is perfect. If I were to try to rent a place, I'd take the garbage away though...
Great shot Jacob. This is more the Cedar Key I recall. Even with all of the many obvious "modern" improvements on the island, old Cedar Key is still hiidng close by. And SHRIMP! Ah, my fried shrimp. That they'll never paint over.
