This old house

We found this gem in McIntosh, Florida. There are two versions: color and black and white.

Oh fantastic, I love this. Both versions but I prefer the colour one. Is that a satellite dish? Somehow, it looks a bit out of place!

Hi Ciel - Yes, that is a satellite dish and I thought it looked so very out of place that I worked to include it in the photo. Can't really see someone sitting around in that building watching MTV!

This could be the cover of one of Stephen King's novels! Fantastic! Love the hanging lichens.

Both are beautiful. I think I like the color one better though. I love the trees most of all. Gorgeous.

Outstanding photos and subject. I especially like the satellite dish. Priceless addition to the color and b/w version. Your black and white has superb tones of grays. (Could you tell why the dish was there??

@ Frank - I have no clue about the dish...perhaps the house was inhabited a while back...

Awesome shot! That's spooky and enchanting at the same time.

I was trying to pass through without taking the time to comment, but just have to tell you I love these...and while I am at it, I love the one with murial above and the one with the church.

I like both photos! I wouldn't want to be there at night.
