Another use for a bourbon barrel; a plant stand.

What a find - it almost looks like a set-up, it's so perfect. I love the elements and colors all in one.

Beautiful composition, great colors. Don't say me that they have somebody applying a 'rust' paint on things...

Makes me long for SoFla. By the way, we had snow yesterday. No accumulation but it sure got my attention. Will be heading home next Monday.

@ B Squared. Snow? Yikes! Not sure I like that idea. Fort Lauderdale is waiting for you!

Have a safe trip home. It would appear you had a wonderful summer in a very beautiful place...lots of good times and memories!

Hi Jacob,

Very beautiful hibiscus. I love the colour. It's sort of yellow/orange in my eyes.

Best regards

Lol @ VP: is the barrel intentionally aged or not, that is the question. I would love that pot in my living room! So sunny!

Hibiscus blossoms are lovely anywhere! I wish this variety was hardy in Ontario.

@ VP and Ciel - Yes, I think it was probably "intentionally aged," or they got it at some antique place...
