Old(est?) frame building in Deland, Florida?

If I remember correctly (I should write this stuff down), this beautifully restored frame structure is the oldest frame building in Deland, Florida. It is located on the campus of Stetson University, and is used in some administrative capacity (I can't remember much about that, either)!

This looks like it could fit nicely on many streets in New England. Gracious old building.

It is a very cool building. It looks like some of the older churches out this way. MB

So how old would this be? It is very nice, love the panelling and all the little details, as well as the framing!
