Come, sit, let us reason together about the reason for the "No Fishing" sign here in Lake Sumter Landing...

Hey, we match! The red chair is just like the two which sit on our front porch! Great for tea & treat time and watching neighbors walk by!

@ Safe Leif - I somehow don't envision you sitting on your front porch in any chair at this time of year, nor do I imagine your neighbors walking by...sledding, on skis or snowshoes, maybe...

I love those chairs. i would like some for the side yard. Just to sit and watch the horses walking by. No cold weather like Leif, just RAIN. MB

I'll gladly sit there, while half of the world is under rain or snow. Are the fishes real?

I loved those red chairs. Cezar and I could be there and take a sunbath, as we miss the sun so much!

So, what is the story about 'no fishing'...that is the first thing that caught my eye.

Now, I could enjoy sitting there and just reading. It looks like a good place to kill time if you are waiting for someone/something.

@ VP - Yep! The fishes are real! As well as the alligators, turtles and birds. Amazing, isn't it?

I would choose the red one:)

I think if one was to fish there over the railing & catch one slinging it back over the railing, they'd smack the nice lady sitting on that bench there & let's face it, that just wouldn't be pretty

@ Rose - There are signs all over the watery areas in Lake Sumter Landing proclaiming that fishing is not allowed. I have no idea why, other than it can get messy - and I've seen some fairly large fish in the lake.

These are very nice chairs: so is possible watch the fish comfortably.
And everyone is happy - especially the fish, of course --
:-)

I like this chair design very much but it's the first time I see a 'double' one.

They look comfy. I bet in warmer weather these are well used.

@ Robert - No, I haven't done any writing there; in fact, I've never sat in them. Maybe I'll do so one of these days.
