Chili's Lifeboat?

This boat was tied to the roof of a Chili's restaurant in Weston, Florida. It's cute, but I'm not sure as to the purpose. There's no water around, so it can't be a lifeboat. Your guess is as good as mine.

HMMmmmmmm!
Atmosphere? When you eat too much Chilis you may need a lifeboat? MB

It is cute and I love it, no matter what it's purpose is:)

It's so that you have somewhere to land when you erupt when the chili is too hot.

Beautiful picture.

Hey its good to have a boat on the roof. We never know, it may become handy at some point.

perhaps it's in dry dock.

Very cool and the perspective is so original, we never look at a boat from below. :-)
