Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

This sign, referencing an aeronautical university caught my attention. I'd never heard of Embry-Riddle and knew nothing about it but was immediately suspicious. My suspicions were unfounded. It is a fully-accredited institution with residential campuses in Daytona Beach, Florida and Prescott, Arizona! It also has 170 other campuses of which this is one. The original Embry-Riddle was the forebearer of American Airlines.

It's a fascinating story and you can read all about it here.

Very interesting! Yes, we have an Embry-Riddle campus here, very close to the Prescott airport. I hear it is a very good school.

This time we are trying to help Marina to decide about University.I think she is going to decide something like architecture. She still has one year ahead to decide.
Great subject for this post,
In Brazil the main University about aeronautic is in São José dos Campos - São Paulo, the ITA .
"ITA is a federal government institution dedicated to provide high level education and research in Science and Technology areas of interest to the aerospace sector in general, and especially to the Aeronautical Command.Rated one of the best academic institutions in Brazil in engineering and related fields."
